- Implement new website designs for agency review and approval

- Oversee adherence to usability and accessibility standards
- Assist the Director of Portal Operations with ongoing training of
the systems for agencies - Develop graphics and maintain content for web and marketing collateral

Won an IMA Outstanding Achievement Award and a 22nd Annual Communicator Award of Distinction for the Individual Driver History Record web application design. I was responsible for the user interface and front-end development.
