Responsibilities include:
  • Implement new website designs for agency review and approval
  • Develop screen flows, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Oversee adherence to usability and accessibility standards
  • Assist the Director of Portal Operations with ongoing training of
    the systems for agencies

Won an IMA Outstanding Achievement Award and a 22nd Annual Communicator Award of Distinction for the Individual Driver History Record web application design. I was responsible for the user interface and front-end development.
